Upgrading and downgrading your pro subscription

If you'd like to upgrade your subscription from 'Import only' to 'All features', or increase the number of sites that a subscription covers, you can do this from within the 'My Account' area of the Property Hive website.

When logged in, click 'Subscriptions' from the left hand menu and you should see a list of your subscriptions:

Click 'View' next to the subscription in question and you'll see an 'Upgrade/Downgrade' option:

Clicking this will allow you to then choose the subscription you wish to change to.

If upgrading, the amount to pay will be pro-rata'd based on the time remaining on the subscription.

After switching subscription you'll be presented with a new license key. This will need to be updated on existing sites. We appreciate the inconvenience here and are looking to resolve this in the future.
