How to raise a support query

If you need help with Property Hive, there are two ways to raise a support query.

Both methods create a support ticket and allow you to continue the conversation by email once it’s been submitted.

This option is available to everyone, including developers, agencies, and third parties.

You do not need to log in to use it, though doing so will mean some information is pre-filled, thus saving you time.

When to use this option

  • You’re a developer or agency working on a client’s site
  • You don’t have access to the Property Hive account
  • You want the quickest way to raise a new query

How it works

  1. Visit the Support page on the Property Hive website
  2. Complete the support form providing as much detail as possible
  3. Submit the form

Option 2: Raise a Support Ticket from Within Your Account

If you’re the purchaser or account holder, you can also raise support queries directly from your Property Hive account area.

When to use this option

  • You have an active Property Hive account
  • You’re logged in as the license holder
  • You want to view or track existing tickets in one place

How to raise a ticket from your account

  1. Log in to your Property Hive account
  2. From the left-hand menu, click Support Tickets
  3. Click Create Ticket
  4. Complete the form and submit your request

Important notes

  • New support requests should be submitted using one of the two methods above.
  • Emails sent directly to our support address may receive an automatic reply directing you to the support form.
  • We’ll never ask you to share passwords or sensitive login details. If we require access to diagnose queries, please provide a temporary login URL. Find out how.
