The appraisals list
The appraisals list allows you to view, search, filter and sort appraisals that exist within Property Hive:
Searching for an appraisal
If you know the property address of the appraisal, simply enter your search term in the top right corner and click 'Search Appraisals':
Filtering appraisals
From the main appraisal list you can filter your appraisals by a wide array of fields:
By default you can filter by:
- Status - Filter appraisal by status including 'Pending', 'Carried Out', 'Won' etc
- Negotiator - Filter by negotiator. Negotiators should exist as standard WordPress users.
- Date - Filter by the month and year that the appraisal is booked for
The appraisal result
For each result shown in the appraisals list we'll show key information about the appraisal including:
- Date and time of the appraisal appointment
- The address of the property being valued
- The name and contact details of the owner/landlord
- The valued price once the valuation has been carried out
- The status of the appraisal
- The negotiator(s) attending the appraisal
Customising the columns shown
You can customise the columns shown by clicking 'Screen Options' in the top right:
You'll then be presented with a list of the columns and the ability to turn each of them on or off:
For more advanced customisation of the columns shown, such as being able to reorder the columns or add additional custom columns, you can use a third party plugin like Admin Columns.
Customising the number of appraisals shown
You can customise the number of appraisals shown per page by clicking 'Screen Options' in the top right:
You'll then have the option to customise the number of appraisals shown (defaults to 20):
