Divi integration

Property Details Template

To design and build your property details page templates in Divi please follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to the Divi Theme Builder

From the left hand menu in WordPress navigate to 'Divi > Theme Builder':

Step 2: Add a new template

Click 'Add New Template':

Select 'Build New Template' from the popup that appears:

Then select 'All Properties' when selecting where the template should be used:

Click 'Create Template':

This will create a blank template:

At this point we recommend clicking 'Save Changes':

With the blank template that's been created, click 'Add Custom Body' followed by 'Build Custom Body':

This will launch the theme builder where we can now build our property details template.

Step 3: Change to Wireframe View

The first thing that we recommend you do is change to 'Wireframe View'.

The Property Hive Divi widgets at present only have partial compatibility with Divi and to show, will need to be added in Wireframe View so they're visible. We will be looking to improve on this in future iterations.

To change to Wireframe View simply click the three dots in the bottom centre of the page:

And then choose 'Wireframe View' from the list of options that appear:

We're now ready to start building our property details page.

Step 4: Add Property Hive widgets

When adding a new module you'll see a list of Property Hive components available to choose from:

Simply select the module(s) you wish to insert and they'll appear in your template with any relevant options applicable to that module.
