License
If you wish to benefit from using pro features and priority support you'll need an active pro license.
If you don't have a pro license already, these can be purchased through our website where we have a range of packages available to suit your needs.
Once you're taken out a pro subscription, your license key will be emailed to you and will also be available from within your 'My Account' area on our website under 'License Keys' in the left menu.
With your key copied, it's now time to switch over to the backend of your WordPress site where you can navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > License':
If you don't see the 'Settings' submenu option available it could mean your user role doesn't have the right permissions as this is only available to administrators
Simply enter your license key here, ensuring 'Pro' is selected as the 'License Type', and click 'Activate key':
Once activated, the license key will become masked to avoid non-authorised users copying it for use on other sites, and you'll instead have the option to deactivate the key:
If you're looking to use your license key on another site, or are moving a site from development to live, you'll need to deactivate your key on the old site first to then use it on the new site/domain.
This can be done here in the settings area by clicking 'Deactivate key', but can also be done from within your 'My Account' area on our website under 'License Keys' in the left menu.
With the license key now active you'll have the ability to activate features that exist under your plan. For example, if you purchased an 'Import Only' plan, you'll be able to activate any of the import related features but no others.
Note that if you have an active license key in place and pro features active and your license key becomes invalid for whatever reason, these pro features will cease to operate until the subscription is reactivated.
