A property isn't appearing in the export

For a property to be included in a Preloved export it must meet the following criteria:

• Have 'On Market' ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record.
• Have the portal ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record. See 'Selecting properties to export'.
