Data sources explained

When you access the Location Autocomplete settings you'll be presented with the ability to select where the autocomplete data should be obtained from:

The options are as follows:

Use existing property address data (recommended)

With this option selected it will, twice a day, scan all existing published property data that exists in Property Hive and build up an index of results.

Google Places

Use the Google Places API to suggest locations as the user types:

Locations custom field

Results shown in the autocomplete suggestions will be sourced from whatever is entered under 'Property Hive > Settings > Custom Fields > Locations'.
