Troubleshooting
No email schedules are being sent
This will be down to one of three things. Either:
- The user has no events scheduled for that day.
- Automated tasks aren't firing. We have a section on 'Automated Tasks' in our 'Requirements' guide.
- You're not using an SMTP WordPress plugin. We highly recommend you do so.
