Exporting enquiries back to the CRM
A few CRM's allow us, where the relevant functionality exists, to send any enquiries or leads made through your website back to them automatically.
The enquiries will still be sent via email but should also appear instantly in the 'Enquiries' section of the CRM.
Exporting a property enquiry requires that the property was first imported using our Property Import add on.
This only applies to property enquiries made using the default property enquiry form that comes with Property Hive. This won't work with any custom forms.
If your CRM isn't listed below but you know that they have the ability to accept enquiries being sent back, please get in touch and we can look to add this functionality accordingly.
Please find below CRM specific instructions:
Street
Activate the Export Street Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Street Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Street
API Key: Your Street Open API API Key obtained from your Street account.
This is a different API key from the one entered when setting up a property import.
Once logged into Street, navigate to 'Settings > Applications > Create new application form’ and select 'Open API' from the 'API Token Scope' dropdown.
API base URL: Depending on the status of your Street account this may differ. For live Street accounts this will be, and will default to, https://street.co.uk
.
Custom source: A one or 2 word descriptor to show in Street where an enquiry has originated from ie "website".
Loop
Activate the Export Loop Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Loop Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Loop
Reapit Foundations
Activate the Export Reapit Foundations Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Reapit Foundations Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Reapit
Branch codes: The ID of the office(s) in Reapit. If you're not sure what these should be Reapit can confirm.
Jupix
Activate the Export Jupix Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Jupix Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Jupix
API key: Can be obtained from Jupix
Agent code: Can be obtained from Jupix
Branch codes: Can be obtained from Jupix
Arthur Online
Activate the Export Arthur Online Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Arthur Online Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Arthur Online
Kato (formerly agentsinsight*)
Activate the Export Kato Enquiries add on (read about activating features here).
Navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > AgentsInsight Enquiries':
Here you can specify the following:
Mode: Whether this functionality is active and enquiries should be sent to Kato
Enquiry email address: The email address that's CC'd into enquiries. Can be obtained from Kato
