My exports aren't running automatically

A property isn't appearing in the export

For a property to be included in a Kyero export it must meet the following criteria:

• Have 'On Market' ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record.
• Have the portal ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record. See 'Selecting properties to export'.
• Not be in United Kingdom. See 'International settings'.

My properties are included in the exports but with no property type

This is because either:

• The property doesn't have a 'Property type' selected under the 'Details' tab of the property record:

  

• You haven't completed the custom field mapping part of the settings area.
