Feeds aren't running automatically

The first thing to establish in this case is:

i) Is the export not executing at all

or

ii) Is the export running, but facing an error

The best place to check for both of these is the logs. View the logs and see whether log entries are being created.

If there is no log at all and the imports simply aren't executing it's likely down to automated tasks not running.

If there is a log then look in the logs to see what error(s) are showing.

Feeds are failing to send

Please check the logs.

Feeds are sending successfully but my properties aren't appearing

The BLM export is a little difficult to debug in this sense because we don't get any kind of reports back from the third party should errors occur.

Our two main bits of advice are:

i) Ensure the properties have all the mandatory fields set (property type, status, price, description, house number, a valid postcode).

ii) Ensure all the 'Custom field mapping' has been completed.

If nothing is obviously wrong, the best next option is to ask the third party portal.
