Selecting properties to export

With a BLM export setup the next step is to select which properties should be included in the export.

Activating individual properties

To do this navigate to the 'Marketing' tab of a property record and you'll see the ability to tick the feed(s) you wish the property to be included in:

Click 'Update' and the property will be included in the next automated export.

Bulk activating properties

You can also activate or deactivate properties in bulk from the main 'Properties' list.

Simply select the properties you wish to activate and click 'Edit' from the 'Bulk actions' dropdown:

You'll then have the option choose the required status for individual exports:

After clicking 'Update' all selected properties will activated on the portal in question.
