Accessing checklist settings

With the Checklist add on feature enabled you can manage the checklists by navigating to 'Property Hive > Settings > Custom Fields > Checklist Items':

From the main list of checklist items you'll be able to see the existing checklist items setup, the ability to re-order them, edit them, or delete them:

Adding and editing checklist items

When you add a new checklist item or edit an existing one, you'll have the ability to manage the following fields:

Checklist item - The checklist item name.

Item type - The type of field used when someone completes the checklist. Options include 'Text', 'Checkbox', 'Date' and 'Dropdown'.

If 'Dropdown' is selected you'll have the ability to manage the options:

Assigned post types - Select which post types this checklist item should appear on. Hold ctrl /cmd whilst clicking to select multiple post types.

Please be aware that making changes to existing checklist items will effect all existing records.

If you change the name of an item for example, this name change will apply to all checklists; past, present and future.
