Sending viewing feedback request emails

When in a viewing record, if it has been carried out you’ll be presented with a new 'Email request for feedback' button to email the applicant asking for their feedback.

Once clicked an email will be sent to the applicant and the button will update to indicate it's been sent and when it was sent:

The email sent to the applicant will contain a link back to a simple form on your website where users can specify whether they are interested in the property or not and submit any additional feedback comments.

A note will also be added to the viewing 'History & Notes' tab indicating the request has been sent:

When feedback has been entered by the applicant you'll be emailed accordingly with the feedback, a note will be added to the viewing 'History & Notes' tab, and the viewing status will update accordingly.
