My exports aren't running automatically

A property isn't appearing in the export
For a property to be included in a NovaLoca export it must meet the following criteria:
- Have 'On Market' ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record.
- Have the portal ticked under the 'Marketing' tab of the property record. See 'Selecting properties to export'.
- Not be in United Kingdom. See 'International settings'.
My properties are included in the exports but with no property type
This is because either:
The property doesn't have a 'Property type' selected under the 'Details' tab of the property record:
- You haven't completed the custom field mapping part of the settings area.
My feeds are running but failing to upload
We recommend you check the logs dropdown under 'Property Hive > Settings > Novaloca' to see if that indicates where the issue lies.
Any issues with files failing to upload via FTP are normally down to one of three things:
- The FTP details provided by Novaloca that have been entered into the settings area are wrong. Try them using FileZilla or a site like ftptest.net to verify they work.
- You need to tick 'Passive Mode' setting in the export FTP settings.
- A firewall is preventing the connection.
