Importing enquiries
To import enquiries/leads from a portal that you send properties to using our Real-Time Feed add on, you can edit the portal settings and enter a 'Get Branch Emails API URL' in the 'API URLs' section:
Although you've entered a URL here, the third party portal might also need to activate the exporting of enquiries their end so it's worth checking with them that it's enabled.
One an API URL has been entered here you should start to see enquiries from the last 6 days onwards being received into the 'Enquiries' section of Property Hive.
