Importing enquiries
To import enquiries/leads from a portal that you send properties to using our Zoopla Real-Time Feed add on, you can edit the portal settings and enter the lead API details:
These details can be obtained from the portal.
Although you've entered details here, the third party portal might also need to activate the exporting of enquiries their end so it's worth checking with them that it's enabled.
Once the lead API details have been entered here you should start to see enquiries from the last 29 days onwards being received into the 'Enquiries' section of Property Hive.
