Emails - Enquiry auto-responders
Property Hive comes with the ability to send an auto-responder to users enquiring about properties.
To enable this functionality and to configure the contents of this auto-responder, navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Emails':
If you don't see the 'Settings' submenu option available it could mean your user role doesn't have the right permissions as this is only available to administrators.
The settings you'll have available to configure are:
Auto responder enabled - Unticked by default, simply tick this checkbox to enable this functionality.
Auto responder email subject - The subject of the auto-responder email sent. This will default to 'Thank you for your enquiry'.
Auto responder email body - The body of the auto-responder email sent. A default body will be added here but it can be customised.
We have a couple of tags available to use in the email body:
[name] - The 'Name' entered into the enquiry form.
[property_address_hyperlinked] - The display address of the property being enquired about, hyperlinked so the user can click it to view the property on your website.
[similar_properties] - A list of similar properties to the one being enquired about.
