Emails - Property matching
Property Hive comes with the ability to match applicants to properties and send out email alerts. (link to in-depth guide about matching)
To configure this functionality navigate to 'Property Hive > Settings > Emails':
If you don't see the 'Settings' submenu option available it could mean your user role doesn't have the right permissions as this is only available to administrators.
The settings you'll have the ability to configure are:
Default email subject - The default email subject used when sending email alerts.
Default email body - The default email body used when sending email alerts.
Default from email address - Specify the 'From' email address selected by default when manually sending matches.
Only include properties with statuses - To ensure Sold STC properties or similar are never included in matches you can select which statuses should be included here.
Hold ctrl/cmd whilst clicking to select multiple statuses.
Automatically send matching properties to applicants - Whether auto-matching is enabled or not. Read more about automated matching in our 'Automated property matching and email alerts' guide.
